In order to maximize participation we are going to be holding or Wednesday workouts in the evening from 7p.m. - 9p.m. This should provide ample opportunity for everyone to get their homework done as well as make it to the workout. These workouts are very important in regards to installing our fundamentals.
Here are the dates:
March 24 - April 7 - April 14 - April 21 - April 28
March 30 will be a Tuesday night workout!!! We will be lifting on Wednesday!
All workouts will be in the high school main gym and maybe on the field depending on the weather. I look forward to seeing you there!
